I’m so excited to invite you to spend a week doing yoga in sun drenched Sicily!

Please join me at Danena Sicily for a week of inner and outer exploration. Our main location is a 19th century farmhouse - La Masseria - situated in the luscious natural landscape of southeastern Sicily surrounded by 80 acres of farm and the breathtaking Mediterranean sea. Catania is the closest airport about an hour’s drive away. We’ll be just a 15 minute drive from one of Italy’s most beautiful historical centers, the World Heritage town of Noto, the Nature Reserve of Vendicari, a haven of wildlife and some of the island’s most beautiful and deserted golden-sand beaches, and the small fishing village of Marzamemi where you can savor local Sicilian flavors.

La Masseria, set amongst olive and almond groves, features a fresh water infinity pool and stunning sunset terrace amongst various different patios and living spaces. The yoga studio is a beautifully restored pitch roof barn with an outdoor wooden shala overlooking the orange garden.

As anyone who has retreated with me in the past can tell you, I am just as intense about my yoga practice as I am about my vacation! Expect Mysore Style or Led practice sessions in the morning and special post breakfast philosophy and chanting sessions. The latter part of the day will be given to you to enjoy the multitude of onsite and nearby attractions - the infinity pool, wine tastings, pristine beaches, shopping, gelaterias, spa treatments, and more - always more!

What’s not included

Transportation to/from the airport (Catania) and around Silicy - it is highly recommended that you rent a car, or even better share a car rental with some of your new/old friends!

As always, the pricing of the retreat reflects my deepest desire - I want you to be there! There are a few different options that I hope will give everyone the opportunity to enjoy this time.

La Masseria is set up as a series of apartments with kitchenettes, terraces, gardens, and patios dispersed throughout. All the apartments have AC and Wifi. More detail on individual rooms upon request.

A $500 deposit is required to secure your spot. The deposit is non-refundable as of June 1st, no exceptions.
The remainder is due no later than June 22nd and no refunds or credits will be issued after the remainder has been paid.
We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your investment.

Please contact Michael before paying the deposit to make sure your desired accommodation is available. Zelle or personal check are the most preferred payment methods.
